Mexican Furniture Head to Head

Very often when looking at furniture on line it is very hard to get a good fell for the furniture as the pictures are often taken from a long way off.

So to this end today we show two close ups of two of the leading Mexican Furniture Brands.

The first up is the Corona Range from Seconique:-

The next is from Core Santa Fe:-

Quality wise I would say that Core wins this battle, the different tone of the Santa Fe is a matter of taste but the quality of the wood is clearly much better in Santa Fe Furniture.

Dovetailed joints seal the deal. Core also do a Corona range and it is not as light as Santa Fe but is lighter than the Seconique Corona. There was some talk about Core Corona getting dovetailed joints but not confirmed as of yet.
